As part of ongoing efforts to provide our users with the best interface we are able to offer, we have released version 4.0.5 of Kiosk Virtual Stores. Updates are automatic, and all stores have now been updated to this version.

New Features:

• My Account: Including My Profile (Review and edit information including your name, birthday, and default billing address), My Address Book (Review and edit your saved shipping addresses), and My Gift Codes (Review gift codes on your account)
• Popular Items - Now see the top 12 items sold throughout Kiosk, and when selecting a major category, you will see the top 8 items from that section
• New Items - Review all items added within the past 60 days
• View Cart now shows the applicable discount, no need to checkout to view the discount level obtained
• Color box indicating when specific garment-color images are unavailable
• Admin: User List updated to Kiosk 4.0 standards

Squashed Bugs:

• Several core database improvements to increase overall performance
• Stores with only a hi-stitch count logo now see all garment prices including the applicable upcharges, rather than as a separate add-on charge
• A number of budget billing issues resolved, most notable is the link for viewing paid invoices, and for editing users on a purchasing budget
• Items over $60 link fixed

We had a problem with our blog, posts have not been appearing as they should. I believe I have corrected the issue, and will repost the missing articles shortly…

Several New Items:

• 5 garments from Lee, including denim shirts for men and women, and a mini check shirt in men’s and women’s versions.
• 9 workwear garments, from Red Kap and Bulwark, including coveralls and work jackets.

In addition, many older styles have been discontinued. This is in preparation for a major increase in selection to come over the next several months. The discontinued garments have all been marked down, and once they are gone, they are gone forever.

Kiosk has been updated to version 4.0.4

Changes include:

• Fixed form to add/manage users on purchasing budgets.
• Implemented code in preparation for a future update.

Kiosk has been updated to version 4.0.3

Changes include:

• Billing: Added link to printable invoices
• Garment Render: Fixed tone on tone logo rendering
• Order Details/My Orders: Improved display of payment information,  fixed personalization color.

Kiosk has been updated to version 4.0.2

Changes include:

• Fixed bug preventing delivery of email receipts to certain hosts due to header format.
• Fixed bug with garment rendering preventing changes from immediately appearing
• Budget Billing: Fixed bug with editing of billing codes
• Budget Billing: Fixed bug with paying invoices
• Other minor changes/bugfixes.

Kiosk has been updated to version 4.0.1

Changes include:

• Added options to receipts and invoices to “View In Browser”
• Fixed email receipts to properly show all used payment methods
• Other minor changes/improvements

Today we have released version 4.0 of Kiosk Virtual Stores. This release brings many changes and updates, including:

• All new look & feel. Many new ways to customize the look of an individual store.
• Completely revamped billing system.
• New “My Account” area, allowing users to review their orders and order status. Additional functionality will be added to “My Account” over the next several updates.
• Garment “Rendering”, allowing users to see a 2D graphic of the shirt with embroidery/personalization shown in the proper locations. (Enabled on sport shirts, more garment types to come)
• Countless “under the hood” improvements and changes to accommodate future add ons.

We are in process of developing our next release of Kiosk virtual stores, version 4.0

With Kiosk 4.0, we are adding a few features and giving the look & feel a much needed face-lift. Over the next few weeks I will be posting more information on what we are adding, as well as some sneak peeks at the new look.
